Welcome to another k-pop monday, this week where back to EXO and the mini album that was released when I started listening to them. 2014 was a pretty difficult year for EXO as a group as they released their Overdose mini album and then May saw EXO-M leader Kris file a lawsuit against SM ENTERTAINMENT to terminate his contract, this happened just before they were due to start their first concert tour. Then June saw it be revealed that Baekhyun was dating Girls Generation member and leader TaeYeon which both parties got a series of hateful messages via social media which caused both TaeYeon and Baekhyun to apologise to their fans for letting them down and saw them have a hiatus from their instagram accounts (they're back posting again now). The final devastation for the Overdose era came October when another member of EXO-M this time Luhan filed a lawsuit with SM ENTERTAINMENT to terminate his contract, both Kris' and Luhan's lawsuits are still on going with SM filing a lawsuit back on them and companies that have employed them.
Right let's get back on track Overdose was when I got into EXO and that was June time so Kris had already left it was Baekhyun's relationship with TaeYeon them made me check them out and my jaw dropped, they're pretty much and all round group, my jaw dropped at their flawless dancing, awesome rapping and breathtaking vocals and as you may have seen from past posts about these guys they're also pretty damn good looking.

I love the layout of this album it's presentation is amazing, the top and bottom of the box shows a maze which was the logo used for this album, the booklet for EXO-K is white and shows the initials of the members.

Letters are hard to see
on this booklet.
The pictures in the booklet follow a white and hip hop style theme, the white theme is seen at the start of the MV as they are seen in a maze, they also have heavy eye make up for this release.

As with all EXO releases I got a photocard for the Korean version I got Baekhyun, I found this amusing as he was the reason I got into EXO.

Well we've come to the end of this week's k-pop monday, while I've been writing this blog I'm anticipating EXO'S new single and new repackaged album, it's expensive being a k-pop fan but you can't beat it.
