It's time to review my 8th Graze box.

Each box comes with 4 healthy portioned snacks, that is picked by the Graze team based on your preferences when you subscribe, you also get a little info card that tells you whats in each of your snack pots.

First up we have SPICY SRIRACHA PEAS, this snack pot contains jumbo salted corn, Thai sriracha flavoured peas and Thai sriracha flavoured half popped corn kernels.
The Benefits - The combination of kern pops, jumbo corn and baked green peas, coated with the complex flavours of sriracha, is a way of satisfying those crisps cravings. It's a source of fibre as well as only being 115 calories per snack pot.
- High in fibre
- Less than 150 calories
- Suitable for vegans
I thought this snack pot smelt really nice but sadly I don't think this is a snack pot for me, I wasn't a fan of the sriracha flavouring, it was a little too spicy for my liking, I did tolerate the spicy kick to try all the snack pot but it's not something I will want to keep receiving. I did although like the corn.

Next we have BAOBAB & RASPBERRY COCONUT CLUSTERS WITH APPLE & PUMPKIN SEEDS, this snack pot contains Baobab & raspberry coconut chips, pumpkin seeds and apple pieces.
The Benefits - Baobab is sourced from Malawi and is the only fruit in the world that dries on the branch, making a powder which Graze call natures sherbet. The apple pieces are 100% made from red apples with no added sugar or preservatives, the unshelled pumpkin seeds are high in many essential vitamins, including copper which helps support your immune system and maintain the health of your hair and skin.
- High in fibre
- Source of copper
- Less than 150 calories
- Suitable for vegans
I thought this snack pot smelt really nice, I loved all the flavours together as well as all the textures, I loved the crunchiness of the coconut chips with the chewy apple pieces, it's altogether really tasty, nice and sweet, definitely one of my new favourites from Graze.

Next up we have HOT CROSS YUM, this snack pot contains orange flavoured raisins, caramelised honey & cinnamon almonds and vanilla sponge drops.
The Benefits - This snack pot is less than 150 calories, a source of fibre and vitamin E, which helps protect your cells from oxidative stress. Also the mix of fruit and nuts makes it a nutritious little punnet to enjoy.
- Source of fibre
- Source of vitamin E
- Less than 150 calories
- Suitable for vegetarians
All the flavours of this snack pot are divine and taste really really nice all mixed together, the orange flavoured raisins were really nice and the vanilla sponge drops were mouth-watering and melted on the tongue. My favourite part of this snack pot has to be the caramelised honey and cinnamon almonds, they were so sweet and crunchy, this snack pot is definitely a keeper.

Lastly we have PROTEIN PEANUT BUTTER DIPPERS WITH BAKED HEMP STICKS, this snack pot contains 100% pure peanut butter and hemp dippers.
The Benefits - The peanut butter is made from 100% peanuts, which is a good source of natural protein and dietary fibre and contain their own natural oils and flavours. Hemp seeds are also used for the dippers, making it a healthy tasty snack.
- Source of protein

As a fan of Peanut butter I do love getting this snack pot in my Graze box and I have had this in a past box, to see more on what I thought check out my past post.

Almost 2 years ago I shared with you Red Velvet's first mini album Ice Cream Cake, in these past 2 years Red Velvet have continued to raise the bar and continuously released amazing albums, back in 2015 they released their first full length album The Red.

The next day on the 9th of September 2015, Red Velvet's first full length album The Red was released both digitally and physically.
The concept for The Red focuses solely on the group's red image, stemming from the group's name and concept, Red shows their vivid and bold image, where their brighter and bubblier songs fall under, while the "Velvet" half is their more mature and sophisticated side.

Red Velvet held a comeback showcase where they performed Dumb Dumb and had their first comeback stage on M Countdown on the 10th of September 2015, beginning their promotions for their title track Dumb Dumb and their album The Red.
Dumb Dumb was the most viewed K-pop video in America as well as worldwide for the month of September, December 2015 Dumb Dumb was included in Rolling Stones' 10 Best Music Video's of 2015. Billboard's Jeff Benjamin called The Red "an impressive, solid debut album" and stated that it "indicates big things for the act that needs to follow in the footsteps of their beloved female label mates Girls Generation and F(x)". Noisey stated that it's "perhaps the strongest top-to-bottom K-pop album to date", praising it's daredevil song forms, harmonies richer and smarter than anything on Western dials in a quarter-century, and non-stop virtuoso songsmith hooks - without so much as a single English infection out of place".
Dumb Dumb won 5 music show trophies with 1 win on Inkigayo, 1 win on The Show, 1 win on Show Champion and 2 wins on M Countdown.

The Red peaked at No.1 on the Gaon Albums Chart, No.47 on the Oricon Albums Chart. No.24 on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums Chart and No.1 on the Billboard World Albums Chart.
The Red also peaked at No.3 on Gaon's Monthly Albums Chart for the month of September as well as peaking at No,53 on Gaon's Year-end Albums Chart for 2015.
Gaon Sales:
66,938+
Oricon Sales:
4,478+
Totalling 70,876+ copies sold so far.
*YouTube views were correct at the time of writing post*
The M/V for Dumb Dumb has so far gained 93,506,937 million views with the views increasing each day.

The Red is set out in a card slipcase containing a photobook as well as a normal standard Cd case. The whole album concept is very bright, fun and bubbly with the pictures following the M/V for Dumb Dumb. The Cd case contains a lyric booklet and also comes with a random member photocard.

Track List:
Dumb Dumb
Huff n Puff
Campfire
Red Dress
Oh Boy
Lady's Room
Time Slip
Don't U Wait No More
Day 1
Cool World

I was a little let down by the layout of the album as when The Red was released I was used to all the big and fancy album concepts. I love that this album on a whole is upbeat, energetic and sounded like it was a lot of fun to create. I wouldn't say that Dumb Dumb is one of my favourite title tracks from Red Velvet but it's definitely a catchy song and is really a good song to brighten your mood and raise your energy. Personally for me I wasn't a fan of the styling for Dumb Dumb some of the styling felt a little childlike but overall from start to finish The Red is an amazing album and each song even though as energetic as the last all sound different.
Check out some of the amazing tracks below.
